{Shipping Policy}

Our processing time for custom decorated apparel can be as long 7-10 business days after approval of the design (this does not include weekends and holidays and standard shipping time is 2-5 business days (this an estimate and times may vary due to unforeseen delays with the carrier). This time varies on the demand when your order is received. Any order received after 3pm EST on Monday-Thursday is considered received on our next business day. Any order received after 1pm EST on Friday, is considered received upon the next business day.

The processing time for bulk or group orders may vary slightly depending on quantity.

NOTE: Processing time and Shipping times are different. Processing is the time it takes for us to produce your items. Shipping time is determined by the shipping carrier and is the amount of time it takes for your items to be delivered to you, once it’s in the possession of the shipping carrier.

If there are any changes that need to be made to the shipping address after the order has been submitted, PLEASE CONTACT US VIA EMAIL Latortuegraphics@gmail.com  WITHIN TWO HOURS AFTER PLACING THE ORDER and provide the correct shipping information. 

SHIPPING DISCLAIMER: Ownership of packages turned over to USPS, UPS or FedEx transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via the carrier or incorrect shipping information. Shipping is a service you purchase from the carrier along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by contacting the shipping carrier.
